COVID-19 Update: Prioritizing our clients’ and associates’ health

For Tax Clients

The health of our clients and staff is our foremost priority during this unprecedented event.  So that we to provide excellent service to our clients, we will remain open.  However, we are not having face to face meetings.  Personal tax information may be dropped off in our mail slot, uploaded to our portal and/or emailed to dchick@rueassociates.com.  Any meeting to discuss your individual situation will be done via a scheduled telephone conference.

For Payroll Clients

The health of our clients and staff is our foremost priority during this unprecedented event.  So that we may continue to provide excellent service to our clients, we will only open for emergency purposes.  Payroll documents may be dropped off in our mail slot, uploaded to our portal and/or emailed to payroll@rueassociates.com.  We ask you to assist us by sending your payroll one day earlier than regularly scheduled as all completed payrolls will be mailed or sent via UPS priority overnight at no additional cost to you.  There will be a skeleton crew in the building, but we will not be open to the public.  Should you have questions, please call our office.
